Personal LifeOn May 8, 2006, Pratt was arrested in Hawaii with friend Hannah Owens-Bender, 21, the daughter of a production executive for the ABC series, Lost. The girls, both age 20, had shoplifted more than $1,300 worth of clothing from Neiman Marcus. Drugs were allegedly found on Pratt, and she was charged with "promoting a dangerous drug" in the third degree, and "promoting a harmful drug" in the third and fourth degree. Owens-Bender was arrested on a similar charge.
