Life Story

Aurora Snow was born with the extremely British-sounding name of Rebecca Kensington, in Montpelier, Vermont. Her parents were French and British immigrants who divorced while Snow was a toddler. After the divorce, Snow moved with her mother to Nottingham, England, where she studied ballet and graduated high school at the age of 16. After graduation, Snow moved to New York to study drama but gave it up after a year. In 1999 she moved to LA to pursue careers in modelling and acting. In LA, jobs were scarce for the young Snow so, after a lengthy conversation with Jenna Jameson she made the choice to enter porn. Her first work was in Hustler magazine. When deciding her porn name, Snow took Aurora from the character Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty and the Snow from Snow White.

Following the Hustler shoot, Snow began appearing in films like Six Degrees of Seduction 3 and Shut Up and Blow Me! 23. In 2003, she hit the highest point of her career yet when she won the Adult Video News Award for Best Female Performer of the Year. In total, Snow has appeared in over 250 adult films and has directed more than ten. In 2007, Snow made a cameo appearance in the hit Superbad as one of the VagTastic Voyage Girls. She is currently a host on Playboy TV, much to the pleasure of middle-schoolers around the country who get scrambled Playboy TV late at night.
